You create a peer profile with your preferences and at least one contact method. Then you can share your public profile link anywhere (for example on Reddit or Discord), and you can also browse other available profiles and connect directly.

We plan to introduce automatic matching in the future.

Yes, and this is the default. Your profile is designed to be anonymous unless you choose to share identifying details.

Other people can see your chosen display name (this is different from your coditioning username), your interview preferences, and any contact method(s) you choose to add. We do not reveal your email on your public profile page unless you explicitly choose to share it.

Right now, we support Discord and Calendly. We may add more options over time. If you would like another contact method supported, send us a message and tell us what you want.

Open their public profile and use the contact details they chose to share to coordinate a mock interview or a study session. For example, this might be a scheduling link, a direct messaging handle, or another contact option.

Leave your profile available and check back later as the pool grows. If your profile is available, someone may reach out to you after finding you in Browse. You can also share your public profile link in relevant communities (Reddit, Blind, Discord etc), including our Discord server.

Yes. Choose domains like Algorithms/Coding, System Design, Behavioral, Frontend, Backend, or Databases. You can also set target companies, roles, and levels.

If you are flexible, select an Any option (for example Any Company, Any Role, or Any Level) to widen the pool.

You can turn off discoverability to stop appearing in Browse. You can also set an "available until" date, and after that date your profile will be treated as unavailable unless you extend it.
